We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Salesforce Administrator to manage and optimize our Salesforce platform. This role is essential to enhancing our organization's CRM functionality ensuring data integrity and supporting teams in leveraging Salesforce to achieve business goals. As a Salesforce Administrator you will serve as a point of contact for Salesforce-related queries system maintenance and customization. You will work closely with various departments to design and implement solutions that drive efficiency improve customer relationships and streamline processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Salesforce Administration:

  • Maintain configure and enhance Salesforce instances including user account management profiles roles permissions and workflows.

  • Ensure optimal system performance by performing regular audits data integrity checks and troubleshooting.

  • Customization & Development:

  • Create and update reports dashboards and custom fields to provide actionable insights.

  • Manage Salesforce automation tools such as Process Builder Flow and Lightning App Builder.

  • Collaborate with development teams to implement automation custom objects and integrations as needed.

  • Stakeholder Support:

  • Provide training and technical support for Salesforce users ensuring adoption and proficiency.

  • Act as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.

  • Data Management:

  • Oversee data imports exports and deduplication processes to maintain accurate and clean data.

  • Implement and monitor data security measures ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.

  • Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay updated on Salesforce releases and new features recommending enhancements to improve system usability.

  • Identify opportunities to optimize business processes and workflows using Salesforce.

Qualifications:

  • Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator with a strong understanding of the platformโ€™s capabilities.

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (e.g. Salesforce Certified Administrator or Advanced Administrator).

  • Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Flow Process Builder and reporting tools.

  • Strong analytical organizational and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly terms.

  • Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Salesforce integrations using tools like MuleSoft APIs or third-party apps.

  • Familiarity with Sales Cloud Service Cloud or other Salesforce products.

  • Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ and Ironclad

  • Knowledge of data governance and compliance practices.

$115000 - $125000 a year

The compensation range for this role is specific to the United States. It takes into account a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets training licensure and certification and experience. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role would be $115000- $125000 plus applicable bonus/benefits offerings etc. as those similarly situated within the Company.
