Stellenbeschreibung

• Strategic development: Facilitate the departments standard technology service offering, modularize features, set development standards and evaluate new Salesforce products.
• Best practices advocate: Foster industry best practises within the design of the solution architecture, implementation, quality and technical documentation.
• Requirement validation: Thoroughly validate technical project requirements, ensuring that solutions support the overall business goals and address relevant needs.
• Continuous improvement: Facilitate new project set ups from a tool perspective and ensure and harmonize the CI/CD & DEV/OPS methodology.
• Team mentorship: Ensure knowledge transfer to team members, assess skill sets and fostering technical skill development.

Qualifikationen

• Technical Proficiency: Strong technical skills in Salesforce, including Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and familiarity with Salesforce platform features and limitations
• Industry experience: Notable years of work experience in Service & Sales Cloud and FSL and their applications in Service & Manufacturing
• Integration and Programming: Proven API & 3rd party integration knowledge
• Development & Deployment: Practical DEVOPS and CI/CD process experience is a strong asset. Programming languages such as Python, Java Script etc. are a plus
• Way of working: Exceptional skills in analytical problem solving. Versed in agile methodologies. Bringing in strong interpersonal, communication & intercultural skills
• Data Driven Approach: Comfortable applying analytical methods to identify best fit solutions and using tools such as SQL or Power BI etc. to achieve this
• Availability of Salesforce Architect certifications, such as Development Lifecycle & Deployment architect, Application Architect, Integration Architect, System Architect or Technical Architect.
• Language: Fluent written and spoken English (C1). German is an advantage
