Your Role and Responsibilities

As an Package Consultant at IBM you will help to assist clients in the selection implementation and production support of application packaged solution – SAP. This is an opportunity to leverage your experience and skills in a truly innovative environment where your ideas will always be welcome and your understanding of customer needs will come into its own.

In your role you may be responsible for:

• Assisting clients in selection implementation and support of packages
• Make strategic recommendations and leverage business knowledge to drive solutions for clients and their management

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• 2-3 years SAP key user experience in SD / MM / Procurement / Finance

• Familiarity with SAP support or implementation methodologies

• Excellent verbal written and interpersonal skills

• Excellent English skills

• A cool-head able to maintain poise and composure under pressure in relatively ambiguous and complex situations

• Experience in one of the following Industry Sectors: Oil&Gas Distribution Industrial Financial Services Public sector etc.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Analysis and documentation of integrated systems
• Provide advice on SAP functionality change management and other advisory services
• Provide guidance on test plans and end-user documentation
