SAP Consultant (Manufacturing- PP, DMC,QM)

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in technical or economic disciplines.
• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in SAP/automation implementation projects.
• Experience in developing business requirements for process automation is an advantage.
• English proficiency at Intermediate level or higher (spoken and written).

Specific skills:

• Experience with BPMN 2.0 for process modeling.
• Practical skills in data visualization and analysis.
• Ability to formulate reasoned hypotheses and draw conclusions.
• Knowledge of primary data processing methods.
• Experience in formulating and decomposing tasks for IT teams.
• Logical/strategic thinking.
• Strong communication with both internal teams and stakeholders.
• Proactiveness and results-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct surveys, identify and analyze SAP requirements for modules PP, DMC,QM, and align with stakeholders.
• Analyze and describe business processes subject to automation.
• Create business requirements documentation for SAP.
• Develop technical specifications, decompose functional requirements into User Stories.
• Propose and formalize business process improvements.
• Develop organizational and functional models in SAP.
• Participate in the implementation of SAP functional modules, including task creation and work scope design.
• Prepare test cases and test configurations/developments.
• Plan and organize SAP go-live activities.
• Participate in SAP system support and development, including business requirements, rules, and integration mechanisms.
• Conduct user training, develop training materials and standards.
