ResponsibilitiesĀ
Integrated intoāÆtheāÆApplication Services department andāÆunderāÆtheāÆsupervisionāÆof an Cluster Lead,āÆtheāÆoverall responsibility of anāÆSAP Payroll Implementation Consultant is to support our outsourced clients as follows:Ā
- Provide application support and implementation consultancy through advice, guidance, and appropriate technical activities.
- Generate easy-to-maintain error free implementations and customizing respecting Strada best practices.
- Operate required system tests using either provided or self-generated test data, to ensureāÆtheāÆapplications/developments meetāÆtheāÆagreed specifications.Ā
- Provide documentation (both technical and functional) on work packages implementedĀ
- Manage personal daily priorities and support to project priorities - ensure deadlines are metĀ
- Regularly report on status and progress toāÆtheāÆTeam/Project Manager.Ā
- Maintain internal and external contact and communication channels at an appropriate level.Ā
- Communicate status, resolution, and root cause of assigned issues.
- UnderstandāÆtheāÆgeneral flows in HR andāÆtheāÆSAP HR architecture.Ā
- Respect project timelines and ensure the proper delivery of assigned work package implementationsĀ

Requirements
- Bachelor or Master degree with a Business or Technical emphasis, or equivalent.Ā
- Previous experience in SAP HCM application implementation.Ā
- Be part of 3+āÆproject rollouts.Ā
- Strong interest in delivering high quality support and implementation ināÆtheāÆfield of Human Resource.Ā
- Service-oriented with a strong client focus and sense of accountability.Ā
- Be committed toāÆtheāÆcustomer theāÆteam andāÆtheāÆproject.Ā
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ā
- Solid verbal and written communication skills in English.Ā
- Discretion and ability to respectāÆtheāÆconfidentiality of information.Ā
- Dutch, Belgium or Nordics payroll knowledge is a plus.Ā
- Dutch or French language is a plus.Ā
