• Mastery level skills and experience leading agile teams

• Exceptional organization and communication skills
• Support the team transition into the DevOps technologies and work management model
What your days and weeks will include.
• Agile scrum meetings, as appropriate, to track and drive individual and team accountability
• Collaborate on strategic planning and execute against a phased/incremental change schedule
• Ad hoc collaboration sessions to define and adopt standards and best practices
• A weekly 1-hour team huddle to discuss initiatives across the entire team
• A weekly 1-hour team training session focused on comprehension of our team delivery model
• Assign! Track! Deliver! Report!
The skills that make you a great fit.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Scrum Expert role
• Must be self-aware, resilient, possess strong communications skills, and can lead
• Ability to coach and mentor the team
• Strong experience leading agile or DevOps teams
• Strong experience managing agile sprint cycles using Jira, including reporting
• Strong knowledge of testing automation and implementation of CI/CD pipelines
• Strong knowledge of Selenium, GitHub, and Jenkins
• Strong knowledge of application development models including code management and test-driven development (TDD)
• Scrum Expert and/or AWS certifications highly desired
• Investment or financial services domain knowledge is a plus
