The Opportunity...
As a Senior Account Manager within the Insurance division of Centerfield, you will be the strategic relationship leader for a portfolio of high-priority media accounts. Your expertise in affiliate management and industry knowledge will be pivotal in driving growth and profitability for Centerfield's third-party media sources in the insurance sector. This role requires advanced data analysis, strategic relationship management, and business development to enhance and expand your portfolio of marketing channels.
How You'll Contribute...
- Act as the primary liaison for high-value third-party affiliates, with a focus on long-term retention and growth.
- Lead relationship management efforts, ensuring consistent publisher satisfaction and engagement across all touch points.
- Oversee and guide the publisher onboarding process, including the presentation of content strategies and improvement plans.
- Collaborate strategically with publishers to identify needs, approve marketing content, and optimize setup and implementation practices.
- Conduct regular assessments of media quality and profitability, aligning with client KPIs and identifying opportunities for optimization.
- Identify and cultivate new opportunities within existing accounts, leveraging analytics to drive data-informed decisions.
- Partner closely with Ad Operations to streamline campaign processes, troubleshoot issues, and maintain high operational standards.
- Work with Analytics to diagnose campaign performance, driving continuous improvement in products and processes.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of workflows related to campaign setup, pixel placement, creative execution, and overall campaign management.
- Collaborate with client-facing teams to align on client needs and performance metrics, ensuring campaign success and client satisfaction.
- Utilize technical tools and data insights to manage and optimize campaigns, aiming for high customer satisfaction, renewal rates, and account growth.
- Prepare and present in-depth campaign insights and reporting, supported by thorough analysis and research
What We're Looking For...
- 5+ years of experience in Affiliate Marketing and/or Account Management, with a proven track record in the insurance lead generation industry.
- Strong analytical acumen, strategic business insights, and sound decision-making capabilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Extensive experience in the insurance, Medicare/health, or calls industry is highly preferred.
- A dynamic, influential communicator with the ability to engage and persuade diverse audiences at all levels.
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field of study or equivalent professional experience.
- A proactive, business-driven individual with a passion for enhancing and growing media partnerships

- This job is ideally based Los Angeles, CA and is a hybrid position, with employees expected to come into our Playa Vista, CA office every Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday. We may be open to remote if you are outside of LA.
