Requirements/Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree (Non - Technical)• 0 to 1 year of experience in Operations• Excellent verbal and written communication skill• Must be details and solutions oriented• Ability to work under pressure• Strong computer proficiency• Typing speed should be 30 WPM• Flexible for night shiftsPreferred Skillsets:• US Life Insurance and Annuity awareness• Proficiency in MS Office
