Our Retail Wireless team, serving our Boost Mobile and Gen Mobile brands, is redefining consumer expectations through new platforms, new business models and new ways of thinking. Job Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports for supported organizations.
• Provide operational support, including special projects and escalations, in partnership with the Operations Manager.
• Develop and implement best practices across the organization while managing intranet content.
• Build relationships with organizational hierarchies and assist with functional operations at all levels.
• Oversee regional prepaid distribution changes, including onboarding and offboarding.
• Partner with organizations to identify metrics, manage content dissemination, and address policy issues.

Skills, Experience and Requirements

Education and Experience:

• 5+ years supporting a sales organization to provide sales analytics
• Degree or 5+ years of related experience

Skills and Qualifications:

• Advanced in GSuite and MS Office
• Ability to travel and work with local leadership to identify operational shortfalls and develop and execute fixes
• Ability to quickly ingest data and turn it into actionable reporting for assigned org(s)
• Relationship management across large geographies to ensure tasks are communicated and completed efficiently

Desired skills/experience:

• Leverage automation and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to enhance efficiency and provide actionable sales analysis.
• Exhibit strong project management, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills, driving positive change and completing key initiatives.
• Proactively identify and solve problems, recommend process improvements, and communicate effectively at all levels.
• Utilize AdobeSign for agreement creation and tracking while maintaining the ability to present findings virtually or in person.

Compensation: $72,350.00/Year - $103,400.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
