Senior Business Systems Analyst, SAP Order to Cash

The SAP SD Business Systems Analyst is responsible for architecting and enabling capabilities within the Order to Cash business process area. This position requires implementation experience around Software and Services products within SAP SD. The primary responsibilities include Requirements gathering, Process evaluation, System design, prototyping, configuration, and testing.

What you'll be doing:

• Architect and design solutions within the SAP ECC - SD and develop blueprint and scope documents for projects, continuous improvements, and bugs. Experience and understanding of Software and Services monetization business process from Order - Rev/Rec -Renewals.
• Experience of industry standard SaaS/Subscription Management processes with a focus on Multi-Tier Channel business, Renewals, Usage based Metering, Invoicing, Licensing and Support.
• Main contact between IT, business users and technical teams to enable OTC business process. Cultivate strong business relationships with project partners and end users.
• Build functional specifications to bring together both design and requirements, testing plans for unit, end to end integration and regression testing. Communicate and facilitate the interaction with SAP support.
• Prepare business process procedure documentation to support changes made to the system and will build and execute reports in ECC, APO and SAP Bex/Business Object.

What we need to see:

• Master's degree or equivalent experience in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Business
• 7+ years of SD implementation experience
• Deep experience in enabling Software/Services Order-To-Cash process
• Experience with order types, pricing, delivery processing, shipments, customer returns, and billing
• Previous experience with sales master data and revenue recognition
• Demonstrable ability to prioritize information and processes in a logical and efficient manner
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

• Be Proactive, offer expertise and support in other areas within the Order to Cash Process/systems besides Software and Services as needed
• Experience in integrating SAP with Cloud systems like SFDC, entitlement management systems
• Exposure to multiple middleware system architectures is a plus (SAP PI/PO, MuleSoft etc.,)
• Experience with subscription billing products like SAP RAR, BRIM or Zuora

The base salary range is 128,000 USD - 253,000 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
