Job Description:

Overview

Senior Consultant is responsible to provide subject-matter expertise, thought leadership, adoption guidance and solution/technical specialization on Broadcom’s Mainframe ACF2 Security product and related solutions. The building of customer, partner and prospect relationships to better understand their business and IT challenges is absolutely critical to the success of this position. This is a hands on keyboard position with the expectation of SME skillsets in ACF2.

Technical Skills and Experience:

• 84 months of experience in Mainframe ACF2 Security management

• 60+ months experience of Installation and/or patch management of ACF2 software.

• 60+ months experience of support and administration of audit readiness and security compliance.

• 60+ months experience of pass tickets, best practices and process management in ACF2.

• 60+ months experience with Role based security and authentication methods on the Mainframe.

• 48+ months of supporting software requiring security compliance and audit readiness methodologies.

• Possess in-depth knowledge of a given computing platform and relevant marketplace; can speak with authority, e.g., on trends, best practices, compliance practices, etc.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain deep knowledge of assigned product capabilities, in this case our ACF2 and related Mainframe Security Solutions

• Have a thorough knowledge with regard to the competitive marketplace

• Be able to articulate the value that products deliver to customer initiatives

• Deliver technical presentations, demos, POCs, RFx responses

• Install and configure assigned products in customer environments

• Understand and be able to identify client needs for ALL products in the Broadcom/CA portfolio

• Participate in opportunity planning with sales

The successful candidate will have User, Administrative and Implementation experience with ACF2, CEM, Cleanup, AAM,, TAMz and other industry leading security solutions. They must be able to lead in implementation of processes and best practices in security database management, security compliance and audit readiness. They should have 10 plus years of mainframe operations and/or system programming experience. They will also possess a strong willingness to learn emerging technologies including Zowe, API ML and CLI. Windows, Unix, Linux, workload Agent experience is preferred.

Key Requirements:

A senior consultant will have a bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 8 years of experience in IT. Minimum Education: bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
