Senior Copywriter/Technical Writer

Our Marketing Team is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Senior Copywriter/ Technical Writer to join the Helpware team. We are seeking a specialist who will be responsible for all written communication within the company at a native speaker level. 

Responsibilities:

• Craft and develop Helpware's distinct voice, an authentic echo of our brand ethos, weaving it consistently across all our narratives
• Establish a comprehensive style playbook, ensuring every message we broadcast sings in harmony with Helpware's unique tone
• Diligently sculpt and refine our communications, ensuring crystal clarity, impeccable grammar, and steadfast adherence to our brand's melody
• Empower our team with insightful critiques and mentorship, elevating the caliber and cohesion of our storytelling
• Forge deep synergies with our marketing, sales, and product mavens, creating narratives that captivate our audience, sparking engagement and action
• Add a vital spark to the brainstorming sessions and strategic huddles, aligning our content with our marketing ambitions and the pulse of our campaigns
• Steer and enrich our content repertoire, spanning from the digital realms of websites and social media to the personal touch of newsletters, crafting each piece to be a beacon of engagement
• Manage our content, ensuring each piece is released with perfect timing across our multifaceted channels
• Leverage SEO magic to elevate our content's visibility, making each word a magnet for engagement
• Continuously decipher the riddles of content performance and user interaction, refining our strategy for maximum impact and conversion
• Stay ever-alert to the shifting sands of industry trends, customer insights, and the competitive arena, using the industry experts to hone our content strategy
• Infuse our narrative with innovative formats and ideas, positioning Helpware as the avant-garde voice in BPO communications

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field is a plus
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal (C1 level is a must; C2 level is a plus). An actual certificate of English proficiency will also be a plus
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in PR, copywriting, or corporate communications
• Experience in content creation for the US/UK market is essential
• Experience with rebranding and changing the tone of voice of a company
• Exceptional writing and editing skills
• Familiarity with industry-specific copywriting tools and platforms
• Ability to analyze data and use it to inform content strategy
• Excellent communication and management skills
• A creative mindset with the ability to identify and follow content trends
