• Manage and enhance the customer onboarding process
• Guide the development team in creating high-availability, high-traffic web applications and services
• Direct the expansion of personal health record systems into international markets
• Collaborate with various teams to maintain congruence with project timelines and objectives

• A minimum of 10 years in the IT field
• Proficiency in overseeing customer-facing web applications and services
• Understanding of Java, C++, and C# or .NET
• Familiarity with JavaScript, TypeScript, and various scripting languages
• Expertise in object-oriented design and SDK development in a cloud setting
• Advanced English communication skills at a C2 level

• Background in Oracle Cloud
