About the Role
 
Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, the Senior Demand Generation Specialist drives B2B customer acquisition for The Muse Group.  This role will develop and secure new and upsell revenue by communicating the value of The Muse and Fairygodboss at scale through lead generation, including outbound email campaigns, events, social media, and other channels as needed. This position requires the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while demonstrating strong judgment, curiosity, and adaptability. The Sr. Demand Generation Specialist will collaborate with various business teams, including product management, new business sales, account management and content on acquisition strategy and directly contribute to company growth.
 
Specific Responsibilities
 
-Research, strategize, and build lead generation campaigns B2B growth 
-Create high-performing, repeatable programs that blend traditional and innovative marketing strategies to deliver measurable results
-Activate The Muse Group's social media channels to engage with prospective buyers through both organic and paid social content and campaigns
-Manage prospect, lead, and customer data inside the marketing database (Hubspot)
-Serve as an internal expert on key trends and behavioral activity that impact customer acquisitionCollaborate across various departments on acquisition strategy
-Analyze campaign performance concerning leading indicators (CTR, CPL, etc.) and lagging indicators (SQLs, Closed Won) with a focus on revenue growth and ROI
-Analyze past campaign performance and identify new opportunities to improve existing marketing efforts
-Contribute to weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly reports to demonstrate campaign success
-Collaborate with the Sales and account management  team to ensure overall success in new customer acquisition and increased net retention revenue
-Manage outsourced vendors for various lead-generation partnerships
-Manage marketing tech platforms Hubspot, Wordpress, Gong, and ZoomInfo
 
Required Qualifications
 
-Bachelor’s degree 
-3+ years of agency or in-house Marketing experience
-Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize to meet deadlines
 
Preferred Qualifications
 
-Previous experience in HR TechExperience using and/or administrating Hubspot, WordPress and Salesforce.
-Experience using SalesforceExperience using LinkedIn Campaign Manager
-Working knowledge of Google Analytics
