As a Senior Designer at Loop, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the visuals for our e-commerce channels, creating high-conversion digital assets, while ensuring design quality and brand integrity across all touchpoints.

In this role, you’ll manage the end-to-end design process for digital assets, from wireframes to final execution, ensuring every piece resonates with Loop’s core audiences. You’ll bring a data-driven mindset to design decisions, using tools like Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator to create high-performing, user-first designs. You’ll also have the chance to lead innovation in areas like automation and AI-assisted workflows, ensuring Loop remains at the cutting edge of design technology.

Your other responsibilities:

• Ensure visual consistency across all digital assets, maintaining brand integrity.
• Lead performance-driven design reviews, incorporating data to refine your work.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align designs with overall business objectives.
• Stay up to date on design and e-commerce trends, implementing innovative strategies.
• Partner with external agencies to maintain a high level of design quality.

• Expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, with experience in motion graphics and 3D design.
• 5-8 years of experience in digital design, with a strong focus on e-commerce is a must.
• Proven ability to create mobile-first designs that drive conversions.
• Experience with platforms like Meta, Amazon, and AI tools like MidJourney.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills to iterate and improve designs based on feedback.
• You’re a strong communicator with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions, align them with business objectives, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to optimize outcomes.
