Senior Event Technology Manager

Your Title: Senior Event Technology Manager

Job Location: Westminster, Co

What You Will Do

You will manage, build, and deliver the overall attendee experience for Trimble's annual Dimensions User Conference. You will work with many internal technology stakeholders to be responsible for conceptualizing/executing high-impact events for our users worldwide. You will also work with key vendors and agencies to help craft the best in-person experiences at Trimble.

• Oversee and manage Rainfocus technology, evaluating inclusions, vetting additional platforms, building registration, reporting, and the event mobile app
• Assist Trimble's centralized operation teams with the implementation of event technology strategy and the development of Salesforce integration with Rainfocus to help aid in the creation of targeted agenda promotions with sales teams
• Work cross-functionally with the Events team to identify, scale, produce, and execute event technology solutions. Identify and implement ongoing improvements on existing system processes and procedures
• Partner with the Events team to define reporting that gathers metrics from conception to reconciliation, including data flow integrations
• Develop registration technology process, backend structure, and data management needs
• Develop registration site and mobile app reporting structure to include information on post-event KPIs, email builds, testing, troubleshooting, and deployments
• As needed, travel onsite to events to oversee mobile app implementation and onsite registration needs (1-2 times/year)

What Skills & Experience You Should Bring

• 3+ years of event administrative management and familiarity with event technologies
• Experience with managing event data, capturing information across the entire attendee journey to improve experiences and prove event marketing ROI
• Experience with marketing automation, customer relationship management tools, and event registration software
• Self-starter who quickly and proactively solves challenges with minimum guidance and direction

About Your Location

This role will report out of the Westminster, Colorado Trimble office. Remote locations in the US may be considered for the right skill set.
