Description

The role will act as a senior member of the team within IT Corporate Services. This role is accountable and responsible for optimisation of the NetSuite platform, with some limited responsibility for the associated Mulesoft integrations to Coupa, Blackline, ZAB and other affiliated finance applications.

This senior role will also provide thought leadership and best practice and will bring this expertise to bear in BAU work & initiatives in their Product space.

Responsibilities

Objectives for FY24 & beyond

• Deliver against the Finance roadmap FY24 and beyond
  • Review & Implementation of various NetSuite modular addons - SuiteTax, E-Invoicing, Cash 360, Flux Analysis and others
  • Review and implementation of the free apps/bundles quarterly and analysis on whether to include in Roadmap
  • Assistance with Coupa Source to Pay and Expenses implememtation, with integration to NetSuite
  • Implementation of annual cost rate changes

• SOWS & Optimisations - ongoing

• In accordance with the stipulated budget, plan out work for optimisations in priority order and against roadmap
• Fully document requirements
• Manage deliverables and work in the SOW and manage drawn down and usage of effort

• Work with a team of up to 8 people who are accountable for delivering optimisations to the NetSuite platform. Full Team Management including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, performance and development management of the team, including contractors
• Stakeholder Management with all parts of the business

• Work directly with the vendor (Oracle) for professional services programs of work and management of any associated support cases
• Act as a key resource in other program / project work across the other financial applications such as Coupa, Blackline, ARM and ZAB to deliver larger optimisation work
• Serve as a Functional SME and provide hands-on support for best utilization and integration of NetSuite ERP Application to maximize the diverse operational needs of the Finance function and investments in Financial Applications.
• Works with End Users to review the change requests / enhancement requests, performs technical feasibility study, recommends business and application-based solutions and implement approved enhancements, works with end users on UAT, moves into production, adhering to IS policies of change management

• Completion of required compliance programs and training

• Technical Knowledge of the owned products and applications or other like applications
• Basic project / program management skills
• Business or functional knowledge from stakeholder communities
• Service Desk, Ticket management applications
• Software release management and governance methodologies
• NetSuite Development
• CSharp programming,
• database admin, Java script

• Strong attention to detail for data hygiene and analysis purposes. Reviews & interprets data to inform
• Strong interpersonal skills to support effective team-work and drive results.
• Self-starter capable of working on their own initiative or as part of a larger team with minimal line management
• Plays a central and influential role in the overall team and represents a trusted advisor to Director Operate & Enhance
• Excellent people management skills to coach and influence external stakeholders
