About the Role

We’re hiring a Senior Frontend Engineer to join the team here in Boston, which provides an opportunity to have a significant impact on the product. Come help us scale to the next level!

You will have the opportunity to make a huge impact on a small yet growing team and culture. Our Engineering organization currently operates in three Agile pods. In this role, you will work as a technical leader within one of those pods, reporting to the VP of Engineering.

⚡ What you'll do

• Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve our web application and services
• Manage individual priorities, deadlines, and deliverables
• Work closely with our engineering leaders, contributing strategically and play a key role in the product development process
• Help to drive front-end engineering strategy, from processes to practice, for our growing applications
• Consider opportunity for team leadership as our engineering organization grows

🎯 What we're looking for

• 6+ years experience as a software engineer or similar engineering role
• Excellent problem-solving skills to address dynamic and complex problems
• Required experience with the following: React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, React State management techniques (Redux, Context, etc.), Component Libraries
• Preferred experience with some of the following: Python, Django, Celery, PostgreSQL
• Experience in an Agile Scrum environment, bonus points if you have experience as a scrum master
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Team player with a passion for learning
• Goofball who loves having fun
