Responsibilities

• Lead the team to achieve cell objectives effectively
• Evaluate and propose solutions that respect defined software architectures
• Organize and ensure the technical flow of software deliveries
• Provide continuous technical advice and mentorship to the development team
• Advise on configuration management
• Maintain control over the source code, including its different branches and versions
• Generate solutions to technical challenges and ensure adherence to Clean Code and solid patterns
• Analyze and implement technically sound solutions
• Develop projects using agile methodologies
• Deliver consulting services effectively
• Participate actively in agile team ceremonies and activities focusing on product and client-centered delivery
• Guide development efforts to align with product vision and customer requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant working experience in software development
• Extensive knowledge of GCP and its main services
• Background in agile methodologies like Scrum, Kanban
• Proven expertise in cloud solution design and administration
• Competency in Cloud SQL and designing transactional models
• Proficiency in API design, development, and integration
• Familiarity with microservices architectures
• Understanding of software design methodologies and patterns
• Skills in React, Node.js, and Nest framework
• Showcase of JavaScript or TypeScript capabilities
