Job Description

  • Lead AP operations in GSS 

  • Responsible for transition the processes and stabilization 

  • Overall supervision and control of the operations  

  • Drive process efficiencies and people engagement 

  • Meet and exceed SLA for all the AP processed managed out of the GSS

  • Support execution of growth strategy for finance

  • Build strong relationships with the global leadership and drive work to GSS 

  • Be the first point of contact for AP operations 

  • Drive the operational excellence framework in nce operations at GSS 

  • Manage the attrition rate within the target limits
