OVERVIEW:

We are seeking an innovative and strategic-minded Senior Manager of Digital Experience to drive our organization's digital initiatives forward and enhance SharkNinja’s online presence. The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting an exceptional digital journey for our customers, ensuring seamless user experiences across all digital touchpoints, and driving digital transformation efforts.  


Here are some of the EXCITING things you’ll get to do:

  • Strategy Development: Support the development and drive the execution of a comprehensive digital experience strategy aligned with the company's overall goals, ensuring a customer-centric approach and continuous improvement.
  • User-Centric Design: Lead the design and implementation of user-centered digital experiences, ensuring consistency, accessibility, and ease of use across web, mobile, and other digital platforms.
  • Web Operations: Lead the management and publishing of SharkNinja’s web content with the team of Digital Experience Specialists.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with design, development, marketing, and product teams to integrate digital experiences into product roadmaps and marketing campaigns.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Utilize analytics and user feedback to assess the effectiveness of digital experiences, identifying opportunities for optimization and delivering data-driven recommendations.
  • Technological Innovation: Stay up-to-date with emerging digital trends and technologies, leveraging them to drive innovation and enhance digital interactions.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of digital experience professionals, providing guidance, performance feedback, and fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.
  • Vendor Management: Oversee relationships with external agencies and vendors, ensuring delivery of high-quality digital solutions.
  • Project Management: Lead digital projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate digital strategy, progress, and results to senior leadership and stakeholders, advocating for the importance of digital experience.

 

ATTRIBUTES & SKILLS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, User Experience (UX) Design, Business, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience (4+ years) in a senior digital experience role, with a track record of successful strategy development and execution.
  • Strong background in user experience design principles, digital technologies, and emerging trends.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to motivate, manage, and develop cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation to drive informed decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Project management expertise with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
