Job Description

The Senior Manager, Global Payroll will be responsible for overseeing and managing the company's payroll operations across multiple countries. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing complex payroll systems, as well as a deep understanding of global payroll regulations and compliance requirements. Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the company’s global payroll operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of payroll for all employees in multiple countries.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with global payroll regulations and standards.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the payroll team, ensuring that all team members have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, Finance, and Legal, to ensure accurate payroll data and compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external payroll vendors and service providers to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Monitor and analyze payroll data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and recommend changes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
  • Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on payroll performance and compliance.
  • Lead or assist with other People Operations projects and/or programs.

Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 7-10 years of experience in global payroll inclusive of equity and SOX compliance.
  • Expert knowledge of global payroll regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex payroll issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • High level of proficiency in Workday payroll systems is required.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in India payroll
  • Experience in vendor selection and new system implementation

The salary range for this position is $102,000-$172,500.  The salary range describes the minimum to maximum base salary range for this position across applicable US locations. This position is also eligible for a bonus whereby total compensation may exceed base salary depending on individual performance. The actual compensation offered may vary from the posted hiring range based on geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process. In addition to the compensation listed, this position is eligible for equity compensation.
