Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager, HR with a proven track record of success across diverse settings, ranging from startups to large enterprises. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker and a hands-on leader who has built HR functions from the ground up, including policy development and exceptional culture cultivation. The role will play a critical function in supporting organizational performance through the strategic monitoring of HR initiatives and the upkeep of a healthy and productive work environment.
Job Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies that align with CureMD’s business goals, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Policy Development and Implementation: Design, implement, and refine HR policies and procedures that are scalable, compliant, and tailored to meet the needs of a growing, dynamic organization.

Performance Management: Manage the organization’s performance management framework, collaborate with department heads and team leaders to establish clear performance goals and metrics, and facilitate regular feedback and coaching with managers and employees.

Organizational Development: Drive initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness, including change management, workforce planning, and employee engagement programs.Â

Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and employees, addressing complex employee relations issues with a focus on fostering a positive work environment.Â

Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Mitigate risk through proactive management of HR-related matters.

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion: Champion DEI initiatives, fostering an inclusive workplace that values diverse perspectives and experiences.

HR Metrics and Reporting: Utilize HR analytics to inform decision-making, track key performance indicators, and report on the effectiveness of HR initiatives.
Qualifications:
-
Experience: 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a senior HR leadership role. Experience in both small and high-growth global organizations is essential.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR, GPHR) are desirable.

Proven ability to build and scale HR functions from scratch.

Expertise in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.

Strong understanding of employment law and regulatory compliance.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.

Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and the ability to navigate complex organizational challenges.

Demonstrated success in leading organizational change and driving employee engagement.

Experience with Workday HRIS and other HR technology and systems.

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary range $120,00 - $150,000.
