Job Description
- Content Creation
- Develop a wide range of written materials designed to amplify the client's brand voice and marketing objectives. This includes crafting compelling social media content for various internal accounts, including sales reps and executive leadership (e.g., the CEO), authoring disruptive blogs and thought leadership articles, and creating promotional materials. The focus is on using language to drive engagement and position the client as an industry leader.
- Adherence to Brand Standards
- Ensure strict compliance with the client's established writing standards, brand guidelines, and messaging frameworks to maintain a consistent, professional, and disruptive voice across all platforms. By adhering to internal best practices, contribute to cohesive messaging that reflects the company's innovative mission and vision.
- Collaboration and Communication
- Collaborate closely with the Promotions and Marketing team, including strategists, editors, and graphic designers, to align written content with broader marketing campaigns. Engage in brainstorming sessions, exchange constructive feedback, and refine content to ensure maximum impact across all channels. Open communication and teamwork are pivotal to achieving marketing goals.
- Project Management
- Maintain organization and efficiency by managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Leverage project management tools to track the progress of tasks, prioritize assignments, and ensure the timely delivery of high- quality content that aligns with the client's marketing strategies and campaign objectives.
- Internal Brand Focus
- Create content that authentically reflects the company’s disruptive methodology and supports its position as a thought leader in the industry. Align all messaging to resonate with internal promotional goals and drive engagement.
- Feedback and Continuous Improvement
- Adopt a mindset of continuous improvement by actively seeking feedback from team members and stakeholders within the Promotions and Marketing department. Use this input to enhance the quality, creativity, and relevance of content, ensuring it remains aligned with evolving marketing goals and brand strategies.
- Joining the Team
- Step into a pivotal role where your written communication skills can influence decisions, shape perceptions, and drive impactful promotional outcomes. As an Internal Copywriter in the Promotions and Marketing Department, you’ll demonstrate creativity, strategic thinking, and a commitment to excellence, contributing to the success of clients’ marketing initiatives with innovation and style.
- 5+ years of experience as a copywriter.
- Experience reflects a strong mastery of writing across various formats, industries, and audiences, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful campaigns.
- A portfolio showcasing diverse and high-quality work, as well as a deep understanding of branding, marketing strategy, and audience engagement.
- Proven ability to craft compelling and effective written content.
- Degree in communications, media, journalism, or a related field.
- Strong command of the English language (at least B2B level on the CEFR scale)
- Experience in public relations, media, or journalism.
- Familiarity with corporate communications, especially within the tech industry, is a significant advantage is desirable.
- Deep understanding of the strategic role of well-crafted content in achieving PR objectives.
