Provide leadership and direction to Program Management Community with focus on systems and processes for Europe. Coaching & Training for EMEA Program Management Community. Global leadership for ProDash. Global hotline for ProDash. Global Program Management KPI reporting.

What will your responsibilities be?
- Provide trainings and tutorials for the Program and Portfolio Management System (ProDash).
- Analyse and provide solutions for complex feature requests in ProDash.
- Ensure full compliance with BOS, specifically PLUS across all processes in ProDash.
- Active member of the global PMO steering committee to optimize PLUS and ProDash.
- Sanity checks in ProDash.
- Global hotline for ProDash.
- Development of ProDash integrations and enhancements.
- Program and Launch setup including scaling and Gate date approvals based on program / launch scope.
- User acceptance testing for PM systems.
Which qualifications are we looking for in potential employees?
- Master’s degree or equivalent in Engineering or Business MBA.
- Fluent in English.
- At least 10 years of experience in automotive industries.
- At least 7 years of experience in project management, in the automotive industry through all product-groups: Complete Seat, Metal, Foam and Trim.
- Leading a minimum of 5 new product launches. At least 1 complex launch including multiple component launches.
- Proven capability to develop and deliver program management training courses.
- At least 2 years of experience in PMO role.
- Expert in MS-Office applications like MS-Project, EXCEL, TEAMS, SharePoint, One-Note, Forms, Planner, Streams.
- In particular, knowledge about Program and Portfolio Management Systems and low-code systems like Smart-App and Mendix.
- Capability to define a project-scope for an IT-group, which equals an interface between end-user of an application and IT-experts.
- Experience with ADIENT or an automotive Tier 1 supplier
Other:
- Ability to facilitate global, x-functional discussions and drive conclusions and decisions.
- Experience with multiple cultures and organizational setups.

- Base monthly salary starting from 4000 Euro gross. Our salary is fair and competitive and can be higher than the starting minimum written in the advert.
