Senior Producer

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product and studio leadership to evaluate trade-offs among scope, time-to-market, and quality
• Synthesize design vision and product goals into a plan and schedule for software releases with meaningful increments in value
• Proactively identify and assess risks in technology, timeline, and staffing
• Coordinate development efforts from the front line, focusing effort, prioritizing and assigning tasks and keeping your team motivated
• Close the loop with internal and external stakeholders, sharing progress and setting expectations
• Author and maintain clear milestone deliverable documents 
• Mentor Producers and make sure they have clear daily goals and objectives

Qualifications

• 10+ years game industry experience
• 3+ as a Lead Producer or Development Director
• Production credit on at least one shipped title for console, mobile, or PC
• Experience running teams under a variety of agile and fixed-time development processes
• Able to facilitate brainstorming and mediate decision making for a team of enthusiastic developers and leads
• Experience managing cohesive, creative teams ranging in size from 10 to 40 people
• Experience successfully working with external stakeholders and navigating client relationships
• The ability to confidently articulate and communicate ideas and concepts using written, verbal and presentation skills

Preference for candidates with

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
• Experience developing an online multiplayer title
• Experience in live operations for a free-to-play title
• Experience with Jira
• Mastery of Microsoft Excel
• An understanding of online and social gaming features
• A love of video games!
