Senior Product Designer

Pilot is hiring a Senior Product Designer for our SMB Product & Design teams. 

Pilot’s SMB Product & Design teams are focused on equipping small and medium-sized businesses with tools to gain close control and visibility into their finances. We deliver real-time insights into the health of businesses and empower business owners to make strategic and financial decisions with confidence. 

We’re looking for a collaborative designer who can successfully balance creative thinking at 35,000ft and executing at 35ft to deliver intuitive and impactful product experiences.

The base pay range target for the role seniority described in this job description is $125,000 - $211,000 in most remote locations, and between $156,000 - $211,000 in San Francisco, CA and New York City, NY. Final offer amounts depend on multiple factors such as candidate experience and expertise, geographic location, total compensation, and market data. In addition to cash pay, full-time regular positions are eligible for equity, 401(k), health benefits, and other benefits; some of these benefits may be available for part-time or temporary positions.
