Senior Product Designer

We are seeking a talented Product Designer to lead and contribute to the design of innovative products, ensuring a seamless user experience while aligning with business objectives. This role involves close collaboration with Product, Revenue, and Marketing teams.

• Proven experience across all phases of the design process, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, visual and interaction design, and usability testing.

• Exceptional attention to detail with an ability to identify and cater to user needs beyond the obvious.

• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional team members.

• Ability to translate client objectives into impactful product designs.

• Strong communication and persuasion skills for presenting and advocating design concepts.

• Passion for continuous improvement and innovation in design.

• A dynamic and creative personality capable of influencing diverse audiences.

• Ability to adapt and deliver in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

• Lead design initiatives for new and existing products, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.

• Maintain design consistency across platforms, apps, websites, and marketing collateral while adhering to brand guidelines.

• Adapt and revise existing designs to reflect changing customer preferences.

• Create wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and design systems to effectively communicate design concepts.

• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to bring product visions to reality.

• Analyze and identify opportunities for product improvements to enhance user experience.
