Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Project Manager to join our Project Management Office within the People and Places Go-To-Market team!Under the leadership of the Senior Manager, People & Places Project Management Office, the Senior Project Manager leads remote teams on projects in partnership with team members that support organizational and departmental goals and strategic plans. You will have the opportunity to positively influence the Autodesk organization with exposure and accountability to senior leadership.
Location: This role can be remote or hybrid, all Autodesk Locations will be considered, but must have at least a 5 hour time zone overlap with the West Coast
You will report into the Senior Manager, HR Program Management Office
Responsibilities
- You will lead, scope, and deliver complex, cross-functional project and program launches involving change management•
- You will lead short-term consulting engagements•
- You will translate purpose and vision of projects into clear goals for the team; making sure every team member is on board and moving in the right direction and that requirements are captured and converted into project plans with clearly defined timelines•
- You will analyze metrics and trends to evaluate the success of the project•
- You will anticipate potential risks and implement appropriate remedies to mitigate or remove barriers to project success•
- You will create project plans, schedules, reports, and dashboards that provide the project team and project sponsors insight into the project•
- You will establish relationships to motivate and influence all partners including senior leadership, geographically distributed project team members, partners, and vendors•
- You will promote best practices, knowledge sharing and close collaboration within the People and Place PMO and wider Go-to-market team•
- You will stay relevant by growing and excelling in your areas of expertise and becoming a recognized partner•
- You will develop project management tools and enablement for the team
Minimum Qualifications and skills
- You have a BA or BS degree
- You have knowledge of project lifecycle phases, project management tools and experience managing multiple projects to deadlines, holding others accountable, and maintaining project plans with dependent efforts and major milestones. You have 5+ years of HR project management experience on complex projects involving change management within a global organization•
- You have experience managing internal and external project resources•
- You are comfortable in a distributed team setting and a team player with demonstrated abilities to work collaboratively•
- You are proficient in project management software, such as Smartsheet and Asana, and creating project plans, reports and dashboards and online collaboration/facilitation tools, such as MURAL•
- You have experience solving complex problems•
- You have experience with human centered design and experience with change management principles, methodologies and tools

Vous relèverez du ou de la gestionnaire principal(e) du bureau de gestion de projets People & Places. La personne choisie dirigera des equipes a distance sur des projets, en partenariat avec les membres de l'equipe qui soutiennent les objectifs organisationnels et departementaux, ainsi que les plans strategiques. Vous aurez l'occasion de contribuer positivement a l'organisation d'Autodesk en etant en relation avec la haute direction et en lui rendant compte.
Emplacement : Ce poste peut ĂŞtre a distance ou en mode hybride, et tous les emplacements d'Autodesk seront consideres, mais il doit y avoir un chevauchement de fuseau horaire d'au moins 5 heures avec la cĂ´te ouest.
Responsabilites
- Vous dirigerez, definirez et realiserez des projets et des programmes complexes et interfonctionnels qui impliquent une gestion du changement
- Vous dirigerez des missions de conseil a court terme•
- Vous traduirez le but et la vision des projets en objectifs clairs pour l'equipe; le tout pour s'assurer que chaque membre de l'equipe est a bord et avance dans la bonne direction et que les exigences sont recueillies et converties en plans de projet avec des delais clairement definis•
- Vous analyserez les metriques et les tendances pour evaluer le succès du projet
- Vous anticiperez les risques potentiels et mettrez en œuvre les mesures appropriees pour attenuer ou contourner les obstacles a la reussite du projet
- Vous creerez des plans de projet, des calendriers, des rapports et des tableaux de bord qui permettront a l'equipe de projet et a ses commanditaires d'avoir une vue d'ensemble du projet
- Vous etablirez des relations pour motiver et influencer tous les partenaires, y compris la haute direction, les membres de l'equipe de projet geographiquement repartis, les partenaires et les fournisseurs.
- Vous favoriserez les meilleures pratiques, le partage des connaissances et la collaboration etroite au sein de l'organisation de gestion du programme (PMO) People and Place et de l'equipe de mise en marche (Go-to-market) au sens large
- Vous maintiendrez la pertinence de votre rĂ´le en progressant et en excellant dans vos domaines d'expertise, et en devenant un(e) partenaire reconnu(e)
- Vous developperez des outils de gestion de projet et de soutien pour l'equipe
Exigences minimales
- Vous ĂŞtes titulaire d'un baccalaureat ou d'une licence
- Vous avez une connaissance des phases du cycle de vie des projet et les outils de gestion de projets et de detenir une experience de la gestion de projets multiples dans le respect des delais, de la responsabilisation des membres de l'equipe et de la verification de la conformite aux plans de projet grace au deploiement des efforts necessaires et a l'aide de jalons cles
- Vous avez au moins 5 ans d'experience en gestion de projets RH sur des projets complexes impliquant une gestion du changement au sein d'une organisation internationale
- Vous avez de l'experience dans la gestion des ressources de projets internes et externes•
- Vous ĂŞtes a l'aise dans un environnement oĂą l'equipe est repartie et vous avez l'esprit d'equipe, avec des capacites manifestes pour le travail en collaboration
- Vous maîtrisez les logiciels de gestion de projet, tels que Smartsheet et Asana, et la creation de plans de projet, de rapports et de tableaux de bord, en plus des outils de collaboration et d'animation en ligne, notamment MURAL
- Vous avez de l'experience dans la resolution de problèmes complexes •
- Vous avez de l'experience dans le domaine de la conception axee sur l'humain et des principes, methodologies et outils de gestion du changement.

Salary transparency
Salary is one part of Autodesk's competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $110,800 and $179,300. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
