About the role 

Do you love podcasts? You’re not alone. The listenership in Germany is growing rapidly every single day. New shows are launched weekly and there are still so many more stories out there that deserve to be heard. 

As a Senior Sales Planner, you will be an integral part in the future growth of podcasting and Acast’s presence in the Germany region. Day-to-day, you will support our sales team and will play a crucial role in the delivery of great podcast campaigns for our advertisers and media agencies. This role is versatile and requires good communication skills, organization and relationship management both externally and internally. You can apply if you have a passion about brand storytelling & advertising.You will be based in the Hamburg, Berlin or Muich office.


What you’ll do

You will create sales plans & proposals, responding to briefs and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. You will be the key point of contact for our podcasters, both pre and during the campaign, and our advertisers/media agencies and working closely with the content team to understand commercial opportunities . Another working task will be to Identify target brands & clients and manage the sales pipeline. You will project lead audio production with third party production company and ensure revenue figures are correct 


Who you are

You’re a highly productive, enthusiastic doer, looking to deliver results in a timely and precise manner. Of course you are organized and like to spin multiple plates simultaneously. You have excellent written and spoken English, communication skills and attention to detail and is skilled in Keynote, Word and Excel skills.

Als Senior Sales Planner wirst du eine zentrale Rolle im zukünftigen Wachstum des Podcastings und der Präsenz von Acast in Deutschland spielen. Im Alltag wirst du unser Vertriebsteam unterstützen und entscheidende Aufgaben bei der Umsetzung großartiger Podcast-Kampagnen für unsere Werbekunden und Mediaagenturen übernehmen. Diese Rolle ist vielseitig und erfordert sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, Organisationstalent und Beziehungsmanagement sowohl extern als auch intern. Dein Büro wird in Hamburg, München oder Berlin sein.


Deine Aufgaben

• Erstellung von Vertriebsplänen und Angeboten, Beantwortung von Briefings und gleichzeitiges Management mehrerer Kampagnen.

•Hauptansprechpartner für unsere Podcaster:innen, sowohl vor als auch während der Kampagne, sowie für unsere Werbekunden/Medienagenturen.

•Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Content-Team, um kommerzielle Möglichkeiten zu verstehen.

•Identifizierung von Zielmarken und -kunden und Verwaltung der Vertriebspipeline.

•Projektleitung der Audioproduktion mit externen Produktionsfirmen und Sicherstellung der korrekten Umsatzangaben.

•Unterstützung des Sales Teams und das agieren als schnittstelle zwischen Kund:innen und Podcaster:innen


Wer du bist

•Du bringst Erfahrungen in der Kampagne Abwicklung mit.Erfahrungen im Podcast Bereich sind von Vorteil.

•Du bist hoch produktiv, enthusiastisch, und arbeitest Ergebnisorientiert.

•Du bist ein Teamplayer.

•Du bist organisiert und kannst mehrere Aufgaben gleichzeitig jonglieren.

•Du hast exzellente Englischkenntnisse.Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und ein Auge für Details.

•Du beherrschst Keynote, Word und Excel.
