The Role
The Sales team has been a driving force behind our impressive 30%+ year-over-year growth, consistently generating millions in revenue. We are seeking a results-driven Senior Sales Trainer to maximize the performance and effectiveness of our Sales Team.
We seek someone as passionate about people development as we are about growth and innovation. In this role, you will collaborate to diagnose skills gaps, design targeted training programs, and equip the Revenue team with behaviors, mindsets and capabilities to uplift individual excellence. By cultivating high performers, you will foster a culture that accelerates business growth and value for iDeals and clients.
We’re looking for candidates based in the US (Florida, Texas, Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee, Illinois).
What You Will Do
- Create and deliver training sessions for AE’s, CSM’s, and SDR’sÂ
- Liaise with sales leaders to identify skills gaps and growth areas for the Revenue team members
- Contribute to personal development plans helping team members develop soft/hard skills
- Engage employees to habituate effective sales techniques and reinforce critical behaviours for success
- Act as a consultant to salespeople and provide helpful advice on best practices and overcoming job-related challenges
- Act as a bridge between management and sales reps to help onboard new hires and develop the sales skills of existing team members
- Plan, organize and follow through on multiple group learning activities, training sessions and role plays including via 1-1’sÂ
- Track the impact of training on sales representatives’ performance
What We Look For
- 5+ years of experience in B2B Sales (Field Sales, Inbound Sales, Business Development, Customer Success Management, etc.)
- 5+ years of experience in a dedicated training role within the sales industry
- SaaS sales experience and market knowledge
- Knowledge of sales methodologies (MEDICC, BANT, SPIN, The Challenger etc.)
- Experience delivering group training and 1:1 sessions
- Excellent communication (written/verbal) and negotiation skills
- Fluency in English (C2)

- Proven expertise in upselling and cross-selling
- Enterprise sales experienceÂ
- Financial background, knowledge of key players and market trends
- Fluency in Portuguese or Spanish
