Job Description

Join the team at Operational Services GmbH, within Deutsche Telekom Systems Solutions Slovakia, providing opportunities for German-speaking talents in Slovakia. WHAT WILL YOU DO?

· Responsibility for the continuous technical and commercial support of the customer (quotes, business cases, orders, projects, operations, billing, performance reporting)

· Taking over and being accountable for the services and performance delivered by various production units and suppliers to customers

· Supporting the team in ensuring profitability and financial performance of mid-market customer accounts

· Ensuring compliance with agreed contractual terms

· Management/implementation of contract extensions and service requests, including all relevant coordination and approvals

Qualifications

YOU WILL SUCCEED IF YOU:

• Have the Master Information technologies 

• Have minimum 3 years Experience inICT Delivery Service Management

• Hold the ITIL V3 Foundation, SeM Advanced certificates

• Have great general IT overview and DTAG portfolio knowledge 

• Speak English at least on B2 level and German on level C1

Salary

Final salary is negotiable.

We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 2600 € /brutto.
