How We Work

We love to work together and collaborate in our teams, which is why we opted for a hybrid model, allowing us to work from the Dublin 15 office 2-3 times per week.

Mission and Goals

Short-Term Goals:

• Deliver incremental working software and test automation with each sprint.
• Design, implement, and test high-quality mobile software quickly and efficiently.
• Utilize static analysis and code coverage to improve code quality.

Long-Term Goals:

• Develop tools and documentation to streamline processes and train others effectively.
• Use sound architectural judgment to enhance software design and test automation.
• Continuously contribute to building a better, safer world through innovative mobile solutions.

Objectives

•  Collaborate in small cross-functional teams with UX and engineering teammates to deliver exceptional results.
•  Develop, implement, and test mobile applications with a focus on quality and efficiency.
•  Analyze and improve algorithms, data structures, and client/server designs.
•  Conduct in-depth mobile application development and testing, specializing in Android.
•  Use problem-solving skills to isolate and resolve complex technical issues.
• Take ownership and demonstrate pride in delivering quality work.

Competencies

Technical Skills:

• BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent degree.
• 5+ years of relevant software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Java/Kotlin for mobile application development.
• Strong knowledge of Android OS implementation and frameworks.
• Expertise in algorithms, software design, and data structures.

Additional Skills:

• Experience with test automation and static analysis tools.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities in complex mobile technology environments.
• Strong ownership and pride in delivering high-quality solutions.
