TechStyleOS is looking for a Senior Systems Administrator.

How Do you fit in:

TechStyle is looking for a talented Senior Systems Administrator to help us support our on-premise datacenter infrastructure and implement our exciting 2024 roadmap. The ideal candidate would be part of the IT Operations team responsible for the design, implementation and support of the organization's technology infrastructure. The desired candidate would serve as a technical expert in an extensive variety of technologies and be able to excel in a fast-paced environment. Daily operations may include large scale project design/deployment, infrastructure related tickets, break/fix issues, documentation, system monitoring and resource forecasting. The ideal candidate would require a high skill level in autonomous problem solving, communication, analysis, teamwork and determination.

This position would report to the VP of IT.

What you will be doing:

• Monitoring all systems and responding to events.
• Research and design of new solutions.
• Work with vendor support to resolve issues.
• Respond to tickets from other teams for infrastructure requests.
• Respond to critical system outages.
• Perform system updates and maintenance onsite at the El Segundo Datacenter.
• Interact with many systems and networks across a large geographical area.
• Work independently to resolve issues or collectively as a team to address critical outages.
• Identify suboptimal tasks and recommend improvements.
• Automation of tasks.
• Assess functional needs to determine specifications for purchases.
• Assist in maintaining the systems policies and procedures manual.

What you can bring:

• 8+ years of experience in systems administration.
• VMWare expertise
• Cisco UCS administration and maintenance
• Strong Network administration (Cisco, Arista and F5 Networks)
• Datacenter management and cabling.
• Office365 Administration
• Windows Server Knowledge including Active Directory, DNS, Group Policy Management.
• Must be able to multi-task and meet project deadlines.

The annual base salary range for this position is from $126,000 to $140,000. Offers to candidates are expected to fall within this range and will depend on the scope and complexity of the role, work experience, subject matter expertise, work location and other relevant factors.
