Job Description
Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: Rotational shift (24*5)Â
Responsibilities:Â

Provide resolutions and workaround advice for customer queriesÂ
-
Secure and coordinate additional resources for resolutionsÂ
-
Respond positively to all customer queriesÂ
-
Reproduce and diagnose reported problems, passing errors to the development teamÂ
-
Assist Development and Product Verification with escalated issuesÂ
-
Track support calls to closure and justify actions takenÂ
-
Contribute to team learningÂ
-
Work with users, administrators, developers, testers, consultants, and sales teamsÂ
-
Deliver first-class customer service to external and internal usersÂ
-
Ensure service levels are met for each incidentÂ
-
Determine the urgency and potential effects of user issuesÂ

Qualifications
Must-Have Skills:Â
-
5 to 9 years of experience in a customer-facing environmentÂ
-
Proficiency with relational databasesÂ
-
Advanced Excel skills, including expertise in formulas and functions for data analysisÂ
-
Competency in writing SQL/Oracle queries at an intermediate levelÂ
-
Basic understanding of DB2, SQL Server, and OracleÂ
-
Practical experience with Jenkins and DatadogÂ
-
Strong communication skills for interacting with technical and non-technical individualsÂ
-
At least 5+ years in application or product supportÂ
-
Flexibility to work in rotational shifts (EST and CST)Â
-
Excellent oral and written English communication skillsÂ
-
Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsÂ
-
Willingness to own and resolve problemsÂ
-
Ability to balance customer empathy with product support constraintsÂ
-
Involvement in on-call and/or shift work as necessaryÂ
-
Willingness to work night shiftsÂ
Nice-to-Have Skills:Â

General familiarity with accounting principles or processesÂ
-
Knowledge of Salesforce and Jira applicationsÂ
-
Familiarity with ERPs like NetSuite, Oracle, SAPÂ
-
Experience working with cross-functional teams as a client advocateÂ
-
Desire to improve technical and problem resolution skillsÂ
-
Ability to work under pressure and as part of a teamÂ

Ability to see the bigger pictureÂ
