(Senior) Trading Operations Expert

as part of our handpicked team of experts, you

• are the first point of contact for already existing customers,
• take part in the onboarding of new customers,
• understand the requirements of each grid operator in terms of nomination format and deadlines
• make sure power is flowing the right way and all after-trade processes are working,
• lead the registration process and technical setup in new markets,
• coordinate with other internal communities (augmented trading, IT, finance) to create the best customer experience
• optimise and automate processes,
• and discover and eliminate operational risk.

how you fit into the team

you want to participate in the transition to clean energy actively, and

• have at least 3 years of experience in a similar operational role in short-term power markets
• value excellent team spirit, start-up culture, and creative freedom,
• preferably bring some coding experience,
• have a background in either business, IT, natural sciences, or similar,
• have great communication skills and a customer-focused mindset,
• are decisive and able to use your own initiative in dealing with operational problems
• are fluent in English and German, other languages are a plus
• have a detail-oriented and structured way of working coupled with a hands-on mentality,
• and you are a curious person with a good sense of humour.
