Senior UX and UI Engineer

Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and innovative User Experience Engineer to join our team and shape the future of our mobile and web applications. You will play a crucial role in understanding user needs, designing intuitive and engaging experiences, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring those experiences to life. We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in the audio or gaming domains. This role requires a strong understanding of UX principles, a user-centric approach, and the ability to rapidly prototype and iterate on designs.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for both mobile and web platforms.
• Create and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all products.
• Develop a clear understanding of how customer journeys fit within the broader business and organizational cloud infrastructure
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Advocate for the user and ensure that user needs are at the forefront of all design decisions.
• Rapidly prototype and iterate design concepts based on user feedback and testing.
• Define KPIs and Analyze user data and feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a User Experience Engineer or similar role, with a portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions for mobile and web applications.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment.
• Exposure to working with CRM technology (i.e. Salesforce) or other sales management/client tracking tools
• Interest in designing and using applicable emerging technologies (such as Gen AI, Digital Twins, and Conversational AI)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Installed Audio industry or Gaming industry.
• Experience with UI designs and asset creation is a huge plus.
