Job Title: Senior UX Designer
Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UX Designer to join the integrations team. You will play a key role in designing user-centric web, iOS, and Android applications. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in UX design and a strong grasp of user experience principles and best practices.
We are seeking a highly self-sufficient candidate capable of driving projects forward independently, thriving with minimal collaboration. You will primarily require occasional guidance from the product designer on the product's general workings and engage in high-level discussions on user experience and style. You must consistently deliver high-quality user interfaces that meet both user and business needs. Additionally, you will interact directly with developer teams to understand development requirements, limitations, and adapt to development constraints. Experience with user-facing document management and business dashboards is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:

• Design and prototype intuitive, production-ready user interfaces for web, iOS, and Android platforms.
• Understand how design systems work. Using and enhancing established design systems for continuous improvement.
• Develop detailed wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and leverage strong UX intuition to iterate on designs.
• Stay updated on industry trends and bring innovative ideas to the team.
• Present and justify design decisions to stakeholders, articulating design rationale clearly.
• Ensure all designs are accessible and meet the needs of diverse users, including those with disabilities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in UX design for web, iOS, and Android applications.
• Expertise in industry-standard design tools, such as Figma.
• Strong visual design skills and a deep understanding of UX principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proven experience working closely with developers in a development environment.
• A commitment to designing accessible and inclusive user experiences.
• Development experience is highly desirable.
