What You’ll Do as a Site Leader 

Your experience, creative insights, problem-solving skills, passion for the customer, and leadership triumphs are the cornerstones of a Site Leader role at Pandion.   

The successful Site Leader will: 

• Be responsible for leading a team of Operations and Area Managers as well as facility planning and performance.  
• Deliver an exceptional external and internal customer experience through granular planning, continuous process improvement, and high-paced execution.  
• Navigate ambiguity and define comprehensive training, de-escalate, and solve points of friction. 
• Apply cross-functional leadership skills to develop a positive, safe, and quality environment.  
• Find and execute best practices to maximize effectiveness. 
• Control costs in all aspects of the operation. 
• Maintain constant communication and collaboration with Pandion’s support teams and executive leadership.  
• Work regularly with the process and industrial engineering teams as well as network planning.   

Basic Requirements 

• Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent 
• Authorized to work in the United States 
• Eight years of business experience - preferably in a logistics or industrial environment 
• Experience leading teams of 100+ hourly employees and 4+ exempt managers 
• Ability to create mechanisms to capture cost, quality and productivity performance and ensure a safe working environment. 
• Experienced with data analytics and metrics reporting. 
• Able to work on nights and weekends. 
• Ability to travel up to 20-25% of the time. 

Preferred Skills 

• Experienced in inbound and/or outbound logistics. 
• Worked in a sortation or fulfillment center. 
• 4+ years of experience in multi-shift planning. 
• Trained in operational safety best practices. 
• Willing to perform all necessary tasks to deliver to the customer. 
• Experience in building and maintaining customer feedback mechanism(s)

What We Offer to the Site Leader 

Estimated Salary of $165,000 to $200,000 per year + Equity + Benefits   

Pandion offers a benefits package including Medical Insurance, Dental, and Vision insurance. Employees are eligible for 401(k) contribution match. Employees are eligible for equity options to purchase stock in the company.
