Wolt is a Finnish technology company and until recently, we’ve been best known for our food delivery platform. On our mobile app or website, customers can order their favorite meals & items from our restaurant & retail partners, and either pick them up or have them delivered by our courier partners.

Wolt was founded in 2014 and joined forces with DoorDash in 2022. DoorDash operates in 30+ countries today, 27 of which are with the Wolt product and brand. Wolt has been growing rapidly in Austria since we launched here last year, and we're looking for the people that will further expand and accelerate our growth!

We work in small teams with high ownership, with each team focusing on a key area of the Wolt product stack. Each and every one of our product team members has a say in where we are going and what solutions we implement. We work with a passion, but we haven't forgotten how to have fun along the way!

Job Description

Are you a driven junior sales professional with a passion for building partnerships with the local restaurant/retail scene? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!

We’re seeking an ambitious, communicative salesperson eager to learn, exceed sales targets, and grow professionally. Your outgoing personality will help you easily connect with diverse people and build lasting relationships. 

What you’ll be doing

  • Exploring the market to uncover new opportunities.
  • Identifying and engaging potential restaurant and retail partners aligned with Wolt’s goals.
  • Managing and tracking a pipeline of potential partnerships.
  • Understanding venue performance to set business terms and negotiate partnerships.
  • Collaborating with internal teams and communicating effectively.

Qualifications

  • Enjoy working in the field, visiting multiple leads daily.
  • Skilled at communicating with B2B and B2C leads, both in person and over the phone.
  • Passionate about sales, using rejections as motivation to succeed.
  • Natural networker with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Driven "hunter" mentality, relentless in securing meetings with potential partners.
  • Thrive in a high-ownership, ambitious environment.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
  • Fluent in Croatian and English.
