SMT Technician (Equipment)

Job Description

职位要求：
1. 具有3年以上SMT/OEM设备维修、维护、保养经验；
2. 熟练掌握以下设备的工作原理、保养和常见故障维修技巧：
DEK printer, FUJI NXT, Vitronics Soltec XPM3/XPM2 Reflow Oven, Vitrox AOI。

3. 了解下述设备的工作原理以及保养流程：
Koh Young SPI，Sun East FM-350 Wave，TAKAYA APT-8400CE飞针测试，Agilent Medalist X6000 X ray, EM-5700N分板机，TE CMP-12T压接机，Crystal Clean 960S钢网清洗机，LBAB20U激光分板机，LCD5U激光打标机，安达iCure-3S固化炉，安达iJet-7H点胶机。
4. 了解并掌握SMT基础工艺流程及品质异常分析能力，包括基础的机台功能参数和程序参数调整，品质异常分析处理。
5. 沟通能力，动手能力强，为人踏实，肯学肯干。
6. 具有一定的英语能力，能看懂简单的SMT相关机台软件的英文操作内容。
7.机械、电气、机电一体化专业，专科及以上学历
