What’s the Role?

We’re looking for a social media specialist who will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to promote ChromaDex’s commitment to healthy aging with our product Tru Niagen.Â

What you’ll do:Â
Â
· Own Tru Niagen and ChromaDex domestic and international social media channels.
· Assist in the development and execution of comprehensive relevant influencer marketing strategies.
· Act as a creative collaborator and brand voice: represent our brand guidelines seamlessly throughout all social platforms and in
interactions with social community.Â
· Champion social media campaign strategy, in line with larger marketing initiatives (monthly marketing themes, product focuses, new
product launches, promotional activities, etc.).
· Develop social content calendars in collaboration with creative team and oversee posting schedules of all content.
· Lead day-to-day community engagement across social media channels.
· Use social listening to engage in conversations, share insights with team, and act on new content opportunities
· Develop creative briefs in strong partnership with creative, brand, and acquisition teams.
· Explore expansion opportunities for Twitch and Reddit; have a strong familiarity with Reddit culture and understand norms; be able to
fluently engage organically with Redditers and streamers.
· Coordinate ad hoc social content (press releases, scientific updates, etc.) with creative team against tight timelines.
· Work closely with the Influencer/Communications team to coordinate outreach and messaging.
· Coordinate execution of influencer whitelisting strategy in partnership with acquisition and PR teams (monitor schedules, engage with
influencer accounts, and track performance).
· Review analytics and provide cadenced reporting with top line findings and recommendations.

What we need from you:
Â
· Deep knowledge of social platforms, social publishing tools, and paid social strategies.
· Experience managing brand social media, influencers, and discovering relevant talent ideally in the health, supplement, or wellness
sector.
· High level of comfortability engaging in conversations on science-related subjects on social channels.
· Excellent communication, writing, editorial, and interpersonal skills.Â
· Willingness to become an expert in our products and the science.
· Action and solutions oriented, scrappy, resourceful and a creative problem-solver.
· Strong social media analytical skills and proven record of measuring and analyzing results.
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications preferred or 2+ years in similar role.
· Utilize good judgement with the ability to learn on the fly, can be nimble and able to work independently.

Salary range for this position $75,000 - $90,000. We offer health benefits, a matching 401(k), paid holidays, paid time off and more.
