Responsibilities Include:  

• Ensures research, design, and develop computer and network software or specialized utility programs meet customer needs.

• Analyze user needs and develop software solutions, applying principles and techniques of computer science, engineering, and mathematical analysis.

• Update software or enhance existing software capabilities within an agile environment.

• Collaborates with internal and external expert teams of computer hardware engineers, software developers and computer programmers to integrate hardware and software systems and develop specifications and performance requirements.

• Mentors Senior, Journeyman and Junior Software Developers.

• Reports to Leidos OM&S Program Manager program.

Clearance Required: 

• Active Secret clearance.

Required Experience, Skills, and Education: 

• Ability to apply agile software methodologies as applicable to Operations, Maintenance and Sustainment (OM&S) of Mission Partner Environments (MPE).

• Requires BS degree and 8+ years of prior relevant experience (candidate may substitute additional years of experience for BS degree).

• Expertise in one or more programming languages is required.

Preferred Experience, Skills, and Education: 

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 15 years’ experience.

• Knowledge of BICES-X or other MPE Programs.

Pay Range:Pay Range $101,400.00 - $183,300.00
