Software Engineer

TITLE: SOFTWARE ENGINEER

DUTIES:

Deliver services such as Platform and Software, DevOps templates, and Infrastructure. Create REST-based web services and APIs for consumption by various teams. Collaborate on the development and design of software and systems with other engineers and stakeholders. Automate and develop tools that ensure delivery of features. Support CI/CD tools, integration/operations/change management, and maintenance, as well as automation of CI/Testing. Develop policies, standards, guidelines, and governance for CI/CD operations. Train and support developers from source control, through build automation, merge resolution, CI, test automation, deployment based on tools usage and policies, and standards. Enable DevOps by moving code from Dev/Test to staging and production and troubleshoot issues along the CI/CD pipeline.

HOURS: 40 per week

SALARY: $206,000 per year

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering or Computer Science and 2 years’ experience as above or as a Consultant using similar duties including use of REST-based web API’s, CI/CD pipelines, CDN, and AWS services including Lambda, CloudWatch, Step Functions, Elasticsearch, and ECS/Fargate.
