Are you a skilled and driven software engineer specialized in .NET backend development with a passion for creating scalable and efficient web applications? We are seeking a talented individual to join our team in Hawthorn, Melbourne. As a key player in our development team, you will be responsible for researching, developing, and maintaining cutting-edge backend web services that are secure, robust, and aligned with our business goals.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in Agile/Scrum processes (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives).
• Collaborate on new solution designs.
• Adhere to coding practices and design patterns.
• Design, develop, and maintain APIs (RESTful and gRPC) for web, mobile, and other clients.
• Ensure code quality in terms of security, efficiency, maintainability, and reliability.
• Engage in code reviews and apply appropriate testing techniques.
• Maintain relevant security standards.
• Contribute positively to team culture and collaboration.

Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Over 3 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to debug complex issues.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
