Job Description

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using UiPath to automate processes such as portal interactions, file downloads, and file manipulation.
• Create and maintain development documentation, including workflow diagrams, process descriptions, and technical specifications. 
• Investigate and resolve root cause issues for automation failures or inefficiencies, ensuring robust and scalable solutions. 
• Perform initial happy path testing to ensure workflows meet functional requirements before formal testing begins. 
• Leverage SQL databases for data manipulation, integration, and storage to support automated processes. 
• Utilize UiPath ReFramework to build structured, scalable, and reusable automations. 
• Develop reusable libraries and components to optimize automation efforts. 
• Incorporate C# or VB.NET when needed to enhance automation capabilities. 
• Work with UiPath Orchestrator to test automations. 
• Collaborate with the project manager to gather and clarify automation requirements, provide regular status updates, and deliver tailored solutions. 
• Stay organized and effectively manage multiple tickets in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Maintain open and clear communication with team members. 
• Work independently while building and maintaining strong relationships with colleagues. 
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment, actively participating in team meetings and initiatives

Qualifications

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field from a reputed institute. 
• UiPath Expertise: ○ Hands-on experience with UiPath Studio and Orchestrator is essential. ○ Deep understanding of UiPath ReFramework and its application in building scalable automations. ○ Proven experience in automating web-based processes and portals. ○ Ability to create reusable libraries and modules. 
• Programming Knowledge: ○ Experience with C# or VB.NET for extending automation functionality. ○ Familiarity with Python is a plus. 
• Database Skills: ○ Proficiency in using SQL for data manipulation, integration, and storage. 
• Testing and Debugging: ○ Experience in conducting happy path testing and addressing exceptions during development. ○ Strong troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve root cause issues in automations. 
• Soft Skills: ○ Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening). ○ Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. ○ Professional demeanor with a proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration. 
• Work Ethic: Willingness to extend working hours as per client requirements. ○ Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment while maintaining quality deliverables.
