What youâll do
Become part of an iconic brand that is set to revolutionize the electric pick-up truck & rugged SUV marketplace by achieving the following:
- Coordinate the hardware and software roll-out ECUâs and the manage the Key Operational Team.
- Coordinate the data logistics collection and download process and disturbing the product-related data throughout the organization.
- Integrate new product changes in the technical development process and verify successful changes.
- Conduct data quality checks and measurements to integrate into the development process, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and consistency.
- Implement new vehicle data diagnostics for software releases and product changes for pre-series, series, and new model launches.
- Collaborate in cross-functional teams to optimize process controls and product changes.
Location & Travel Expectations: The responsibilities of this role require daily attendance at in-person meetings and events. This role will be based out of the Scout Motors location in Columbia, SC. Applicants should expect that the role will require the ability to convene with Scout colleagues in person and travel to participate in events on behalf of the company from time to time.

- Minimum 3 years professional experience with expertise in automotive manufacturing engineering, production planning or project management.
- Extensive knowledge of vehicle engineering processes and understanding of manufacturing processes.
- Bachelorâs/ masterâs degree in automotive technology, mechanical, electrical, software engineering or equivalent field.
- Strong skills at organizational navigation, communication, and cross-functional collaboration at all levels; adept at developing effective partnerships and relationships.
- Demonstrated ability in creative and strategic problem-solving, with experience troubleshooting vehicle systems.
- Proficient Project Management and communication skills.
- Proficient reading and understanding of technical specifications and drawings.
- Proficient with IT-Systems, Database Applications, and MS Office package.

Pay Transparency
This is a full-time, exempt position eligible to receive a base salary and to participate in an annual performance bonus program. Final salary offered will be determined based on factors including but not limited to the candidate's skills and experience. The annual performance bonus program is preset and not candidate dependent.
Initial base salary range = $95,000-$120,000
Internal leveling code: IC9
