In this pivotal role, you will lead the team that provide EDI/B2B/GDS support and projects across the various Zones. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in API management, driving seamless integration across diverse systems, and EDI (Electronic Data Interchange). As a key player in our organization, you will spearhead the design and execution of robust middleware frameworks, ensuring the highest levels of efficiency, scalability, and innovation.
What's on the menu?

• Oversee Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) initiatives, ensuring the efficient exchange of business-critical information with external partners and stakeholders.
• Vendor management with key EDI vendors - IBM B2B SaaS, 1WS-GDSN. This includes daily operational support and SLA tracking. Also, engagement on KH project requirements that will vendor resources.
• Define and execute the EDI/B2B/GDSN strategy, optimizing frameworks for enhanced system interoperability, scalability, and performance.
• Drive the architectural vision for SAP technologies, particularly S/4 Hana and Business Technology Platform (BTP), ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Provide strong leadership to a team of IT professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment while ensuring successful project delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to understand business requirements and align IT strategies with organizational goals.
• Lead the design and implementation of sophisticated IT solutions, leveraging EDI/B2B/GDSN technologies to address complex business challenges.

• I have a proven track record with in IT EDI/B2B/GDSN specializing in SAP technologies, middleware, and integration solutions.
• I have experience in successfully implementing global templates for EDI/B2B/GDSN solutions across diverse clients, ensuring consistency and scalability.
• I have proven leadership skills with experience in managing and leading high-performance teams in complex IT environments.
• I have extensive experience with SAP PI/PO (Process Integration/Process Orchestration) and a deep understanding of SAP landscape, with a focus on S/4 Hana integration.
• I have a demonstrated expertise in designing, implementing, and optimizing solutions using SAP's Business Technology Platform (BTP).
• I have strong proficiency in API management, with hands-on experience in designing and implementing API strategies to enhance system interoperability.
• I have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Office Collaboration & Hybrid Work Environment
