Job Title: Senior Manager - Learning & Development and Inclusion & Diversity

Reporting to: Head - Talent, Learning, OE and I&D

Purpose of the Role:

Learning & Development: Enhance organizational capability by maximizing the value of talent by building brilliant leaders for a future ready organization; design, implementation and evaluation of leadership and management development strategies, initiatives and programs that would enable the organization to build leadership capabilities & culture building

Top Accountabilities:

Learning & Development:
  • In consultation with the functional LT and HRBPs will understand the specific challenges of capability development and align all learning activities with the business strategy strengthening people capabilities to meet current & future business challenges
  • Leveraging the functional subject matter expertise to build the right capabilities and support other talent management initiatives activities across the organization
  • Responsible for continuous capability development focusing on advanced learning technologies - on line tools, contents and systems developing a strong learning culture
  • Source and deploy internal and external resources to ensure leadership assessment & development solutions are impactful, timely, cost effective and in accordance with the learning objectives
  • Is the custodian to manage end to end delivery of Diageo signature programs ensuring that delivery standards and governance are met
  • Develop and roll-out frameworks to capture development plans for all employees
  • Work closely with Diageo Leadership Development team to co-create, refine, and cascade relevant leadership assessment & development interventions for India Market
  • Coach/influence and roll out managerial effectiveness initiatives and communication programs to continuously re-enforce leadership demonstration
  • Conceptualize and anchor relationship-based learning models like executive coaching, group coaching and mentoring for Diageo India and build internal coaches through powerful TTT interventions

Inclusion & Diversity:
  • Partner with Senior Business Leaders and HR Leadership team in Diageo India, alongside partnering with global I&D team and define our current and future strategy and progressive plans to deliver our I&D ambitions
  • Play an active role in the engagement and communications of our I&D progress and plans across the business, including bringing leadership and strategic guidance to our ERGs

About You:
  • Fluent English & a master's degree in HR
  • At least 5-8 years of relevant experience
  • Integrated Talent Management Leadership (Talent Mapping, Talent Planning, Talent Development, Talent Identification, Talent Engagement)
  • Ability to drive change in a matrix environment and manage, partner and influence senior stakeholders
  • Ability to build strong relationships and influence within all levels of the business
  • Experience in progressive business partnering with executives
  • Demonstrated ability to build high performing teams, line leaders
  • Ability to drive culture change and build diverse and inclusive strategies
  • Ability to lead from strategic thinking through to execution, making bold choices that champion change, alongside ability to drive execution through others
