1.本科及以上学历，机械工程、高分子材料与工程或相关专业。

2. 5年PD、结构工程师、3年产品设计相关经验，有整机产品设计开发经验者优先。

3. 熟悉新产品开发NPI各阶段流程。熟悉DFX， FATP组装，FACA，对组装治具熟悉了解。

4. 熟悉塑胶成型，塑胶模具，金属加工工艺，有分析解决模具与成型问题的能力。

5. 能根据客户的产品信息创建BOM表。

6. 熟悉公差分析。了解各类测量设备和SPC管控方法。

7. 熟练使用3D设计软件，Creo优先。熟练出2D图纸并定义公差。

8. 英语读写熟练，口语熟练者优先，可以直接对应外国客户讨论模具DFM与设计变更。

9. 良好的各部门沟通技巧。

10. 有手机设计经验，有AR/VR产品经验者优先。

岗位职责
1. 新产品开发、结构设计，结构优化分析。
2. 负责塑胶件，金属件DFM review, 模具跟进和样品确认。零件二次制程跟进。

3. NPI 阶段各个builds FATP 组装support, FACA问题分析及改善建议, 执行DOE。
4. 产品设计优化建议，公差分析及报告，制程优化建议。

5. 3D/2D图纸创建及升版。BOM/ECN制作及跟进。

6. 和客人对接PD各项技术讨论。

Position 03 for HUA Design Engineering

Department: Design Engineering

Position: Lead Design Engineer

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited four-year college or university

- Minimum of 5 years of 3C product design/development related experience and/or training

- Good knowledge and experience about mechanical design and parts tooling.

- Workable in English

Design Engineer (Mechanical)

Familiar with the basic use of at least one CAD design tool (CREO is better). 2D drawing ability, tolerance define.

Using established procedures is responsible for design and development of new Mechanical Design of simple components, assembly drawing developments. Well understanding product development process and verification plan execution.

Design Engineer (DFX)

Responsible for design evaluation to determine options for optimization, assess impact to design cost, assembly methods or times. Must be knowledgeable in manufacturing processes and equipment for given manufacturing area.

Provide onsite technical support for all manufacturing builds including engineering prototypes, NPI & production releases.
